Third American traveling 2011 One more of our visits in Sioux City, Iowa took place in the end of July 2011. We made trip to the national parks in Colorado and Utah this time. The web is in czech.
Svalbard IV, summer 2008 The fourth Svalbard expedition. Two rubber canoes, four people and one month on the fjords and in tundra. Glaciers, Soviet ghosttown of Pyramiden, arctic river, plenty of fascinating experience... This expedition inspired us to create the Svalbard.cz website.
Second American traveling 2007 In summer 2007 there was yet another visit in Sioux City, Iowa. Again, we made a trip to the National parks in the West. The web is in czech.
Lefka Ori, Crete 2005 In late spring 2005 I made a hiking trip to western Crete, mainly to the area of Sfakia and Lefka Ori (White Mointains). I have visited interesting places both famous and unknown and I had my camera with me. On the web you can see pictures from famous Samaria Gorge, Gavdos island, Elafonissi, Balos and others. Since I came via Heraklion airport, I also visited the Knossos Palace. The web also contains several tips and hike descriptions but it is all in czech.
American traveling 2004 In fall 2004 I went with my father and my aunt to visit relatives (from their side of family) in Sioux City, Iowa. For me it was returning to familiar places, for I was staying there for a year 10 years ago. And since we all like to see new places, we made a trip to see some of the national parks and other famous places to the west, mostly in the area of Wyoming state. The web is in czech.
Svalbard 2004 The pages dedicated to my third expedition to Spitzbergen. This time it was not just hiking, we took the rubber boat, carried it over the mountain pass, went down the river and along the coast back to tha base-camp. For the first time I was there with a woman and she turned out to be a wonderful partner. The web is dedicated to her. And it is in czech again.
